We found out that most of our user are between age 35-65. Lots of them are not familiar with smartphone and application. Some doctor still using fax and paperwork instead of digital order.
Understand HIPAA, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, the standard for protecting sensitive patient data. Accounts with protected health information must ensure that all the required physical, network, and process security measures are in place and followed.
Although it’s only 1% of user have multiple order in one visit, or split one order to multiple visit, the edge case still affect the visual design.
Using feedback from customer service, product manager, and lab technicians to create user story and the “happy path”, then prioritized other features based on the urgency levels.
